At Cryptic Apparel, we offer free shipping for our Canadian and American customers. We hope to have free shipping for the rest of the world soon!

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Canada

Flat Rate: FREE
Delivery Time: Up to 10 – 20 business days (Shipping from the USA)

USA

Flat Rate: FREE
Delivery Time: Up to 2 – 5 business days

Note: Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and unincorporated U.S. territories may take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

Rest of the World

Flat Rate: $15.99 USD per order
Additional Item Fee: $7.49 USD per item
Delivery Time: Up to 10 – 30 business days

Note: Shipping to Northern Europe (including Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania) and EFTA states (including Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland) may take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

To ensure a seamless experience, all customs, duties, and taxes are included in our prices. There are no additional fees imposed during or after shipping.

6. Damages

We are committed to ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy and contact us at crypticteam@cryptic-apparel.com. We will promptly address the issue and handle any necessary correspondence with the courier.

7. Shipping Times for Accessories and Non-Signature Items

Accessories and non-signature items may take 10 to 30 business days to arrive, depending on holidays and other potential delays at border controls.
